Designing how Slack.com's AI-assisted search answers so buyers can trust it enough to decide. I owned the AI's response behavior, focusing on tailoring each answer to the user, showing clear sources, and knowing exactly when to hand off to a human. The goal was to build an AI that buyers trusted enough to decide if Slack was the right fit for their team.
Designing an AI-assisted search experience for Slack.com to support early-stage product purchase. I designed a search experience to help users evaluate Slack more confidently during their software purchasing process by using AI as an interpretation layer to enhance clarity without replacing existing navigation patterns.
